Two USB-C ports, 35W total, PPS on the primary output. That is a good nightstand charger for a base Galaxy and a Watch, and a frustrating one for an S25 Ultra — because Super Fast Charging 2.0 needs 45W and 35 is not 45.
The specification, and what it excludes
The 35W Duo (EP-T3520) is a dual USB-C wall adapter with a 35W combined ceiling. Alone on the primary port it can serve the full 25W Super Fast Charging request, because that request needs a PPS object in the 3.3–11V band and roughly 2.25A of current — comfortably inside 35W. What 35W cannot do is the 45W tier, which pulls about 4.05A at 11V from one port. The arithmetic is unforgiving: the brick would have to supply 45W before the second port is even considered.

Where 35W is exactly right
Thirty-five watts is a deliberate size, not a compromise. It covers the two most common overnight pairs — a phone and a wearable, or a phone and a pair of earbuds — from one socket, in a body small enough to leave in a bag. It also covers a base Galaxy at full negotiated speed while a second device trickles, which is the realistic bedside scenario. Compare that with a single-port 25W adapter, which does the same phone job but leaves the watch unplugged, and with the 65W Trio, which handles three devices but is bigger and pricier for a job two ports already do.
If the phone in question is an Ultra or a Plus, the honest recommendation is the 45W single-port adapter for the desk and the 35W Duo for travel — or a 65W GaN dual-port that does both.

Does the 35W Duo support Super Fast Charging 2.0?
No. The 45W tier needs roughly 45W available on one port and the 35W Duo tops out at 35W total. It does deliver the 25W Super Fast Charging tier.
Can it charge a MacBook Air?
Yes, at 35W, which is enough to charge while working but below the wattage that triggers the Air's fast-charge mode. A 65W adapter is the better match.
What happens when I plug in the second device?
The charger re-advertises a smaller allowance and both devices renegotiate. Nothing is damaged; the first device simply slows.
Is a 35W Duo better than two 25W chargers?
